Finally! I applied to this program for the second year in a row. Unfortunately, after interviewing I realized that this program is pretty broke, the students don't seem appreciated or enthusiastic, and most people take over 6.5 years to graduate. So, I will probably be declining my offer after my upcoming interview at UW (fingers crossed). Good luck to anyone else who applied (think carefully about the funding and organization at UCB is my advice!).
