Note

I too am not accepting my offer from this program. I applied assuming I would have options to do real global health work some of the renowned UW faculty. Upon interviewing I found that basically I can only work with the 5-6 "researchers" at the IHME. Seems like a dead end degree to me, you wont graduate with any real public health experience. Seems like a degree in economics would do the same thing and get me farther. (Lucky for me I already have an offer for PhD Epi at Pitt so this is a no-brainer decline... whew!)
