Note

I recd a message from USC admission office that they have completed review of my application and they are missing my academic transcripts. I am not sure what is this suppose to mean considering that it is March when they are informing me and I think they have made all decisions. Before they have informed me that my application is complete and everything has been received. After 7 rejections and second time applying, I am very disappointed depressed....
