Note

Inquired about when invites for interviews were sent out, only to be informed that they already were and no more would be sent. I guess that means I am "rejected", though I haven't received anything official. 
(Bachelors + Masters degree, three first author pubs in medium impact factor journals, three great LOR, 3 years additional research experience, multiple talks at local and international conferences, average GRE). A little puzzled.
