Note

Five years as a research associate at a prominent think tank, a master's degree, 10 points lower on GRE math (780 then 790 this time), an Oxford University Press book chapter and a couple other publications ago I got wait-listed to UMD. Now I got rejected without even a waitlist... very competitive times I suppose. Good luck everyone, and congrats to those who got in.
