Received acceptance letter from PI yesterday afternoon!

Ignore the Status. Has anyone heard back from Hofstra after the interview?

Rejection is assumed since there was no interview offer before 31/01/2025 which was said to be the last date invitations for interview would be extended.

PI: AR I emailed them about a week ago, and they responded saying all interview invites were extended and that they prioritised folks with a strong research match. I have 3 years of research experience and about 2 years of clinical experience. Exact research match, and I have two master's degrees and 1 letter of rec from the dean of my postgraduate program.

MK sent interview invite today for in-person interview day on 2/28

Received email this morning from DCT that all spots for incoming class have been filled and that they will not be taking anyone off the waitlist.

Has anyone on the waitlist heard back from Hofstra for clinical psych?

I'm just wondering if anyone else has been waitlisted at the school and you are still waiting for an offer or rejection. And for those with offers, are you going to reject or attend? We are all waiting for you.

Email notification directly from PI for all-day in-person interview at campus on Friday 2/16. PI: JS. I have 4 years of research experience, 2 years clinical experience, senior undergrad honors thesis, no pubs but one poster. For those wondering about funding, my understanding is that the program is partially funded and if offered a spot in the class, the interview letter will include all info on provided funding. So grateful to have been offered an interview as this is my first round applying!!

IGNORE STATUS, I am looking for any information people may have on Hofstra University' s Clinical Psychology PhD program. Specifically, I am trying to figure out if this program is funded; it seems like it isn't from what I have read, but I would like to confirm!
