No GRE scores, undergrad at another DC-area IR school. 5 years of employment in IR.

The only dual-degree I applied for, was really looking forward to it.

Honestly surprised but not a big deal. Was accepted at 1 other Georgetown program and waitlisted at a third so it's all good. No GRE. Received email to check portal.

Accepted by email. No aid.

Didn't take the GRE, had extensive research in undergrad as well as a Truman Scholar.

not an interview-- TTPB: omg that is so awful!!!!!! what a roller coaster ride. i have no other info for you but just wanted to say i'm so sorry for that mistake and that is really crazy they would have a glitch like that..

took ridiculously long to get this decision for it just to be a rejection lmaoo... also they said they would send the physical decision soon bruh why would i want an official rejection?

To those that have posted regarding SFSU, anyone have any idea regarding when we should hear back after the interview?

Slightly disappointed, as I really liked Georgetown when looking at programs, but rejection didn't hurt as much since I got accepted into competing programs. Congrats to those who got accepted to the program!

Email from Prof. Sowaal and official notification later. It seems no funding for international students to apply before admission, and positions for assistants are adviced to be applied in the second semester. Probably accept, for it is the only positive news for me and this program seems good enough, especially for someone who wants to be trained as a teacher, like me.

International student, no GRE submitted, not so high GPA. Went to a top prestigious university in South Korea and studied Liberal Arts. I lived abroad for 17 years. Strong SOP and LORs.

After being waitlisted last year, I was rejected this year. Best of luck to the MAGES students and anyone who is thinking about applying should still apply, regardless of GPA or background.

So relived!!! Now I can sleep at night
